1. Acceptance of terms

By using TenderAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use license

TenderAI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our AI models
• Submit false or misleading tender applications
• Share your account credentials with others

3. Payment terms

TenderAI operates on a pay-per-response model via M-Pesa. Each drafted response costs KES 5,000. Payment must be completed before the draft is delivered.

4. AI-drafted responses

Our AI generates draft bid responses based on tender documents and your company profile. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the draft before submission to any procuring entity.
